Packaging Service
Packing is a very important step, which influenced product quality directly, so we pay close attention to it. We have two kinds of package in our factory, one is Wooden bundles, another is packed by A frame. According to the size of the stones choose different packaging. Here, we introduce wooden bundle in detail. Firstly, we should clean the surface of herostone, and put a film membrane on it.and then we should put pearl wool in prepared wooden frame as shown in picture 1. then, we should take the herostone to the wooden frame as shown in picture3 to picture 5. After that, we use battens and nails to installe the wooden frame and bundle up it with buckle, whatmore, we have to order four corners of wooden case by angle iron to make it more securety.At last, we should use film membrane to wrap up the whole wooden case.
Frankly speaking, our packing quality is very good, which can ensure the safety of the transit.
